CapNhatGia provides gold/silver price data, P/L tracking tools, personal alerts (Pro), and Zalo quote messaging for shops (B2B) under message quota.

Important clarification: CapNhatGia is software only. No gold/silver buy or sell trades are executed on our system. Your money and metal do not pass through CapNhatGia for trading; real purchases and sales are made by you with shops, markets, or counterparties outside the platform.

The asset ledger (buy/sell entries you log) is only for tracking balances and estimated P/L against reference prices - not trade orders, a custody wallet, or brokerage.

Displayed prices are for reference from aggregated sources; they are not investment advice or a guarantee of any shop’s buy/sell rates.

You are responsible for securing your account, connected Zalo devices, and customer data you upload.

Do not use the service to spam, defraud, forge prices, or violate Vietnamese law.

For B2B: you must have lawful permission to message imported customers/groups.

The shop chooses which Zalo account sends automated quote boards. CapNhatGia only provides linking and send tooling according to the shop’s configuration.

Disclaimer: sending too fast or abusing spam may cause Zalo (a third-party platform) to limit or lock the account. CapNhatGia is not responsible if the shop’s Zalo account is limited or locked because of how the shop sends messages.

Recommendation: use a Zalo account registered with a secondary SIM as the number for automated shop price updates, to avoid affecting your main hotline account (limits or locks on the account that serves customers).

Zalo login cookies / sessions after QR linking expire on Zalo’s schedule. When expired or sends fail, the shop must scan QR to re-link. CapNhatGia shows remaining time when the cookie export includes expirationDate; otherwise re-link when send errors appear.

B2C (Pro) and B2B (software fee + message quota) are described on Pricing. Fees and benefits may change with reasonable prior notice.

Payments on CapNhatGia are for software / message quota - not for buying or selling gold or silver.

Sent Zalo messages are recorded on the ledger; used quota is generally non-refundable unless required by law or a specific refund policy.

The CapNhatGia UI, brand, source code, and docs are owned by us or our licensors.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the service without written agreement.

We strive for uptime and price accuracy but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for an incident will not exceed fees you paid to CapNhatGia in the 3 months preceding the incident.

This limit includes (without limitation) losses from a shop Zalo account being limited or locked by the platform due to sending / spam behavior.

You may stop using the service and request account closure at any time.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for terms violations, quota abuse, or legal requirements.

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes should first be negotiated; otherwise resolved by competent courts in Vietnam.
