Privacy Policy

Applies to CapNhatGia.vn, related web apps, APIs, and messaging channels (Zalo, email) we operate.

By creating an account, subscribing to Pro, creating a B2B shop, or joining our managed community channels, you agree to this policy.

CapNhatGia is software for price monitoring and estimated P/L tracking - not an exchange or brokerage for buying/selling gold or silver. We do not hold your money or metal to execute trades.

Account: email, display name, hashed password (never stored in plain text), language/theme preferences.

Service use: alert rules, quote templates, customer/group lists you import, message send history (metadata; not sold), asset-ledger entries you log yourself (personal P/L tracking - not trade orders on our system).

Payments: transaction references, purchased plans, payment status via processors for software / message quota fees. We do not store full bank card numbers on our systems and we do not accept funds to buy or sell metals on your behalf.

Technical: IP address, device/browser type, error logs, essential cookies and (with consent) Google Analytics cookies.

Shop map / GPS: CapNhatGia does not collect or store your GPS history, and does not use GPS for advertising or data sales. When you allow location, coordinates are used temporarily in your browser (and may be sent with nearby-shop queries) to show pins around you. You may decline GPS and use a city default. GPS / map accuracy is reference-only - we disclaim liability for location or navigation errors.

When a shop links a Zalo sender account (QR login), we only store the session / metadata needed to send quote boards and automation you configured (e.g. link status, send history, quota).

Commitment: CapNhatGia does not collect or interfere with chat content between the shop and its customers, and does not use shop customer data for advertising or sale to third parties.

Customer / group lists you import are used only to send messages on your instruction. You may unlink Zalo and request deletion of related data where technically feasible.

Provide and operate the service (prices, alerts, message quota via ledger).

Process payments, support, and security or terms notices.

Improve the product and detect abuse, fraud, or Zalo spam.

Comply with applicable Vietnamese law when legally required.

We do not sell personal data.

We may share with infrastructure vendors (hosting, email, payments, Zalo worker) as needed to run the service, under appropriate safeguards.

We may disclose information when required by law or to protect users and CapNhatGia.

Data is stored on access-controlled servers. Passwords are hashed. Connections use HTTPS.

No method is perfectly secure; use a strong password and do not share accounts.

Request access, correction, or deletion of account data where technically and legally feasible.
